What We Did
We reviewed her original application, the rejection letter, and her employment records. We identified an administrative discrepancy in her stated contribution period and prepared a formal appeal with supporting evidence. We attended the hearing on her behalf.
The Outcome
The appeal was upheld within eight weeks of filing. The withdrawal was processed in full. She subsequently enrolled in the Full Retirement Protection service to keep her remaining documentation in order.
